1.What you can pay for

  • Subscriptions — monthly or yearly plans with monthly credits.
  • Credit packs — a one-time purchase of credits.

Current prices are on the pricing page.

2.Payment methods

You pay on WayForPay’s secure payment page. Depending on your bank and device, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the methods available to you are shown on the payment page. Recurring subscription payments work with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3.Currency and conversion

Prices are shown in the currency on the pricing page. The amount to be charged and its currency (USD) are shown before you confirm the payment. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a fee.

4.Card data security

  • Card details are entered only on the WayForPay page and processed by WayForPay; they never reach Thumbora’s servers.
  • We receive only the payment result, a masked card number and the payment method.
  • Your bank may ask for additional confirmation (3-D Secure).
  • For subscriptions, WayForPay gives us a token that allows charging the next periods; the token cannot be used to get your card number.

5.When a purchase is activated

Credits and plans are activated only after WayForPay confirms the payment to our server. Returning to the site after paying does not by itself activate the purchase. Confirmation usually takes a few seconds; if it takes longer, the purchase is activated automatically as soon as the payment status is confirmed.

6.Subscriptions and automatic renewal

  • The first payment activates the plan for a month or a year.
  • At the end of each period the subscription renews automatically and is charged to the same payment method.
  • Yearly plans are paid once a year, and credits are granted every month.
  • You can turn off automatic renewal at any time by cancelling the subscription in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

7.Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we notify you by email and in the Service. The subscription remains active during a grace period of 3 days, when the charge may be retried. If the payment doesn’t succeed, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan; unused subscription credits expire at the end of their period.

8.Receipts and documents

After a successful payment you receive an email confirmation, and the payment appears in Billing. If your company needs an invoice or another document, write to support@4thumb.com.

9.Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
